The reception (8:00 am – 9:00 pm) and hall are the common facilities in which guests at the B&B La Residenza can access tourism information for their visits to Venice and Mestre, while the buffet style breakfast is served in the dedicated breakfast hall, accompanied by traditional Italian coffee: espresso coffee, cappuccino, etc.
Following their day's visits, guests are offered afternoon tea with typical Venetian biscuits.

HOW TO REACH US
For guests arriving by plane, the stop for the shuttle buses from the Venice airport and Treviso airport is in Piazza XXVII Ottobre (known as Piazza Barche) just 250 meters from the B&B La Residenza. Pass behind the shopping center Le Barche to reach Piazzetta Coin, then keep to the left and onto Calle del Sale. You've arrived, the Bed & Breakfast La Residenza is at no. 33/a.
For guests arriving by train, from the Mestre railway station, numerous buses pass near the B& la Residenza: no. 9, Via Poerio stop (5 minutes on foot from the B&B); no. 31 and 32, Piazza XXVII Ottobre stop (known as Piazza Barche) at just 250 meters from the B&B La Residenza; the no. 2 stop is at 500 meters.
For guests arriving by car, from the highways after passing the tollbooth, continue on Mestre's tangenziale beltway and take the Castellana exit. Proceed for Mestre Centro and cross the overpass. At the 5th traffic lights turn right onto Via Sansovino, then at the 2nd traffic lights turn right again onto Via Forte Marghera. Continue straight on until reaching the shopping center Le Barche, and immediately before take the street to the right which runs along the building, then turn left (limited traffic area: if stopped by a traffic officer, simply inform the officer that you are staying at La Residenza, you will have access to the garage which has an arrangement with the B&B La Residenza), then cross Piazzetta Coin and take Via Lazzari up to Calle del Sale. You've arrived, the Bed & Breakfast La Residenza is at no. 33/a.
